Certified Professional Dog Trainer
I discovered my
love for dogs after adopting two five month old
puppies. I had no idea of what was in store for me, but quickly realized
I needed help if I did not want my house and yard totally destroyed by
my new four legged children. My wife issued an ultimatum, "train them or
be out on the street with them." A friend of mine recommended, Rick
Robins' School for Dogs, so back to school we went. I was so amazed at
the change in my dogs after just two weeks that I inquired of Rick, if
he could teach me how to train a dog. He accepted the challenge, and our
relationship progressed from student, to graduate, to employee, to
manager, to life long friend.
Since 1996,1 have found great satisfaction in working with dogs; young and
old, big and small, hyper and fearful, calm and aggressive, on leash and
off leash; all have learned and made their parents happy, relieved, and
proud. My goal is to get the pet owners and their pets communicating on
a level that the pet can understand. I teach the dog parents a proven
system for setting rules, regulations and boundaries that make the
experience of sharing your home with your animal both enjoyable and fun
for you, your pet, and even your guests.
