Among the various vendors in Elden Ring, 
Sorceress Sellen is a useful ally to Tarnished, who teaches you the arcane arts by giving you spells acquired from Sorcery Scrolls handed to her. Initially, you can learn some basic spells in exchange for Runes. However, you can unlock more by finding three Sorcery Scrolls across the map. Once you give these scrolls to Sellen, you will gain more access to spells.
You can find Sellen in 
Limgrave , within the 
Waypoint Ruins , east of Agheel Lake. You will need to beat the 
Mad Pumpkin Head boss that guards the entrance to Sellen's study. Remember that there are Intelligence Stat requirements to cast the Sorceries she offers. Furthermore, the hidden Sorcery Scrolls you find for Sellen in Elden Ring will unlock some additional dialogue but are unnecessary to progress her questline.

The first hidden Sorcery Scroll is called the 
Royal House Scroll and can be found directly south of the Elden Ring's Waypoint Ruins. The best place to start is the 'Agheel Lake South' Site of Grace, where you can head due east.
Nearby, you will find a minor enemy camp on a small hill, where Sorcerers stand atop two ruins, where you will find the scroll on a corpse. To climb this rumble, move to its southern side and use Torrent to ascend.
Two elite enemies will be nearby: a Kaiden Rider and a mimic soldier that transforms into a giant bear in Elden Ring. Depending on your level and skills, you can take them down or avoid them.
Once you've grabbed the scroll from the corpse, you must give the Royal House Scroll to Sellen to purchase the 
Glintblade Phalanx (2,500 Runes) and 
Carian Slicer (1,500 Runes). Fast-travel back to Sellen's study in Waypoint Ruins and interact with her to see two options: give Sellen the scroll in your possession, or 'don't give a scroll,' which will keep it in your inventory.
The Royal House Scroll can also be given to 
Miriel, Pastor of Vows in the Church of Vows, or 
Preceptor Seluvis , to access the same spells. The spells in Elden Ring will cost the same regardless of which Sorcerer you choose to give the scroll to. Every time you receive one of these scrolls, hand it to Sellen or whomever you can conveniently reach frequently.
Academy Scroll Location
Liurnia of the Lakes
The 
Academy Scroll is the second Sorcery Scroll you need to collect for more spells, located in a cemetery northeast of the Church of Irith in 
Liurnia of the Lakes . You can reach this location by either completing the 
Stormveil Castle or hiking along the hidden cliffside path east of the first Legacy Dungeon .
The scroll is found closest to the 'South-Facing Cliffs'Site of Grace in Elden Ring. Heading west, follow a muddy path, passing by a tall stone tower, until you come to a graveyard. Be mindful of the enemies that spawn from the ground as you enter the parameter. The Scroll is found at the base of a gravestone on the corpse, at the very end of the cemetery.
Return this scroll to Sellen or any other learned sorcerer to unlock the 
Great Glintstone Shard (2,500 Runes) and 
Swift Glintstone Shard (600 Runes), the cheapest spell you can learn from Sellen.

Raya Lucaria Academy
The third and final Sorcery Scroll is called the 
Conspectus Scroll and can be looted from a corpse within the 
Raya Lucaria Academy . To find it, you must reach the Site of Grace within the Schoolhouse Classroom. The route to acquire the Conspectus Scroll is far more challenging than the other scrolls, as players must face and bypass many more enemies along the way.
As demonstrated by Gaming Tornedo, start from the 'Main Academy Gate' Site of Grace and ascend the lift until you face an eerie bridge clouded by fog. Run across it until you find yourself in a courtyard.
Continue up the stairs and fight three enemies, including a Glintstone Sorcerer in Elden Ring. Bypassing them will be tricky, so facing them head-on is best.
Enter the double doors leading to a chapel to find another Glintstone Sorcerer. Either confront or bypass them by heading through the archway on the left, running through the corridor until you find another archway to exit the building.
This will bring you to a dark, dreary cemetery with many skeletal enemies lurking about. While they are quite slow and won't be able to chase you, beware of the first enemy who will lunge out at players. Dodge this by rolling forward and continuing along the path, crossing a rickety bridge.
On the other side, more skeletons will rise from the ground while an unseen enemy shoots projectiles at you from the left. Roll in Elden Ring until you leave its vicinity, continuing through the cemetery.
At the end of the outdoor area, run through the archway guarded by another skeleton that you can bypass. Exit the other side, taking you outside again, where you will see a rotating mill. Wait for one of the platforms to rise close enough for you to jump onto it. Be wary of the dog ahead who will chase you if you don't jump onto the platform in time.
From the mill, jump onto the next rocky surface you see. Pass the preoccupied enemy mage, heading for the stone archway that houses the 'Storehouse Classroom' Site of Grace. From here, go through the hallway guarded by several Raya Lucaria Sorcerers and head into the doorway on the left.
The body with the Conspectus Scroll will be lying flat on the ground in plain sight. Giving Sorceress Sellen this scroll will make 
Glintstone Cometshard (2,500 Runes) and the most expensive spell, 
Star Shower (10,000 Runes), available for purchase.
The Conspectus Scroll can be given to a few more Sorcerers, such as Miriel, Pastor of Vows. Moreover, you can hand it to Thorp in the Church of IIris, but only before completing his quest, or Preceptor Seluvis, as long as you have completed Seluvis' potion task in Elden Ring. These vendors will also price the spells the same.
