Unfortunately many people are controlled through questionable media and they cannot produce evidence that must put him jail. No matter how much you can tell truth but the lies will standout more than the truth and the problem is that the accusers are not opening the case in order for Julius Melema to get arrested!
I'm still not convinced until prosecution takes place and any public opinion doesn't mean it's the truth because their thinking patterns are controlled by capitalist captured media.
So in my view its the hate towards Julius Melema more than anything and his former party made sure that their smeared his image even if the law doesn't get anything! If Julius is wrong he must face courts like everyone and account but weak minds rather forget about the damage caused by the apartheid government by forgiving it than out natives who are still been oppressed till date.

Ithala bank was heading towards being a State bank and it’s really helping black business in Kzn and ordinary people to build proper homes in rural kzn.
So why is the Reserve bank not assisting it with the proper licensing to continue with their good work in helping people, kzn rural properties are well developed due to loans from Ithala bank and black business was able to get funding without so much red tape compared to going to commercial banks. I get Jujus point , but it seems commercial banks need to be challenged enough and it’s only Reserve bank that can assist in fairly regulating that. Competition Commission need to also play a regulatory role as well in the finance sector particularly with large banks who use a somewhat biased interest rate metric in comparison to our white counterparts when obtaining a loan. JJ I think a state owned mining compony and state owned bank is to ambitious. Everything that the state has touched has turned to ashes. Julius promised to build a state of the art school for underprivileged learners in ALEX ,nothing just words. So lets start small. These revolutionary parties EFF,MK,ANC must first be given a state owned Spaza Shop to run. So government nationalizes 3 spaza shops and turns it over to manage and own to these parties. If they run these state owned Spaza Shops successfully only than can government look at NHI, state own banks and mines.

I ask because he has already been fingered by Adv Terry Mutau’s report commissioned by the reserve bank in addition to the affidavit deposed by Matodzi, which corroborates the report. I won’t mention all the media reports because those can’t be used in a court of law. But surely if a report from a credible advocate and the kingpin of said scheme finger the individual then there’s reasonable grounds to suspect that the claims could be true?

You’ll find that most of the facts are corroborated in Matodzi’s statement which I’d recommend reading too. You’ll find all the things he’s accused of. As for why he isn’t in jail, consider this, Steinhoff collapsed in 2017 but the German government only indicted Jooste last year. This is in a first world country. With the burden of proof that the state carries do you think that merely from these two documents the NPA would get a conviction? That should answer you question as why they still not in jail

Julius is dizzy. You cant say a banking regulator cannot be involved in Banking but then the mining regulator must be involved in Mining?😂. Mining will be dictated by Government unfairly because they are competing in market they are overseeing
