My 10 year outlook on the auto industry...Front end gross is going to be a thing of the pastYour parts & service departments will need to be refined in every aspect to be closer to 100% absorption (if not already there).Your F&I departments will need to be aggressive althewhile putting your consumers needs first.Why?Consumers are demanding more transparency.
